Hands down the best customer service! I did a lot of shopping around for a local print shop to print my wedding invitations. Emailing back and forth with Scott, was a breeze and he was always on top of our conversation even though I wasn't a customer yet.
With his quick responses and his friendly attitude I knew I wanted to use The Print House for my wedding printing needs. I brought Scott a USB on Monday with all of my invites and RSVPs. 5 days later (Friday morning) they were complete and ready for pick up. When I came to pick up the invites, I was blown away by their presentation. It was absolutely beautiful and truly made me feel special.
I will use The Print House for all of my future printing needs and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
I was in a bind and I had to get a full set of blue prints as fast as possible. At 1st I went to another print shop and I was there 30 minutes while they were still trying to download my prints. So then I contacted The Print House to see if they could do it any quicker, After I got off the phone with them I left the 1st printer and drove to The Print House by the time I got there they were already binding my Prints. This is by far the best print shop I had ever used I would recommend anybody use them.
The print house did an awesome job on my business cards. The service was great! They were always so courteous, even when I kept requesting minor changes. They even helped with my logo. I'm very pleased and a customer for life. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs. High quality, excellent service, and quick turn-around.
Scott and his team are simply amazing! We have to print materials for several different clinics throughout DFW and not only are they super responsive, but they make our tasks easier for us. They’ll accept order requests through email, email our receipts, cut our pages down if need be, and so much more. I highly recommend Print House!
These guys are amazing. Laid back establishment that doesn't gouge on pricing. You know that feeling you get looking at ink refills and see that a $27 cartridge will last you for a hundred pages? Or want color copies but discover it'll be $200 for a couple hundred pages? That doesn't happen here.
He makes probably no money off the pricing structure for simple copies, but is more concerned with cultivating long term customers rather than dive into your wallet, grabbing everything available. Classic small business personal feel that manages to beat everyone else's pricing structure.
They're out of the way, but well worth the mileage.
We switched to Print House a while back and have been very pleased. They offer great prices and great service! We have even given them orders last minute and they were able to get it done! They have very high standards for themselves so I can always rest assured I am getting quality work done.
I'm a small business owner and was at the Starbucks a block away, when I realized I needed some things before my next work meeting. I set out in a rush looking for a FedEx store, and drove right by this one - I'm glad I did! I was helped by Scott who was very professional and efficient. I was able to see displays of different marketing and promotional items, and they were durable and aesthetically pleasing! I will be having our marketing team reach out to him for inquiries. Recommend stopping in for business promotional needs, or even a quick copy/print/scan!

Do you know who Ashley is? Well you should cause she's the best. In fact, the the WHOLE STAFF is amazing, professional, and efficient. They beautifully executed my project SAME DAY of order. Not only did they BEAT every else's pries, they did it with such eloquent packaging ready to go when I needed. Call around town all you want but they won't give you the level of service that The Print House does.

Once ran into a slight glitch during the installation of a window graphic and they handled it without hesitation. I appreciate great customer service and accountability. Scott is fantastic! Prices are great and quality is marvelously and turn around is super fast! They even corrected a Grammer issue on my business cards before printing them! If my art work was too small they fixed it for me! Found my new print shop!

Get all your printing done here. After bad experiences with two other well known printing places I came to the Print House. Their prices are MUCH better and they are courteous and competent (unlike other places). I will get all my printing done here from now on.
Love these guys. They can do pretty much anything, and for big stuff like blueprints they are awesome.
