The Print House shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to machinery breakdowns, acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, governmental actions, embargoes, labor disputes, or supply shortages.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
FILE STORAGE
The Print House may retain customer artwork, files, or production materials for future use; however, we are not responsible for storing files indefinitely.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own copies of all artwork and files. The Print House cannot guarantee the availability of previously submitted files for future reorders.
The Print House reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any order that may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, or other legal protections.
The Print House reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of pricing errors, specification changes, or unforeseen production requirements.
Prior to production, customers will receive a digital proof for approval unless otherwise requested.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all artwork, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, colors, and content accuracy.
Once a proof has been approved by the customer, The Print House is not responsible for any errors including spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect information, layout issues, or design errors that appear in the final printed product.
Production will begin only after the customer has provided approval of the final proof.
Color variations may occur between on-screen previews and printed materials due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, paper stocks, and production processes, printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen or from previously printed materials. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specific color matching services are requested.
The Print House is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images, improperly prepared files, or artwork supplied by the customer that does not meet print specifications.
The customer represents and warrants that all materials provided to The Print House for printing, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, are owned by the customer or that the customer has obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to reproduce such materials.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold The Print House harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, or other protected intellectual property supplied by the customer.
The Print House reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, or other legal protections.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment must be made in full prior to the start of production.
Orders will not proceed to production until payment has been received and processed.
The Print House reserves the right to require advance payment on all orders or for any customer account at its discretion.
Approved commercial clients may be granted invoicing privileges with Net 30 payment terms at the discretion of The Print House.
The Print House reserves the right to require a credit card on file for all account customers and may charge the card if invoices become past due.
Due to the custom nature of printed products, orders cannot be returned once production has begun or the order has been shipped.
Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be reported within three (3) business days of receiving the order.
If a printing defect is confirmed to be the responsibility of The Print House, we may reprint the order or provide a replacement at our discretion.
Orders will not be replaced if damage results from misuse, mishandling, or incorrect artwork provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment must be made in full prior to the start of production. Orders will not proceed to print until payment has been received and processed.
The Print House will not process the buyer's order if their credit card is declined.
If the order is shipped and the buyer's monthly billing account becomes delinquent, the buyer is responsible for paying a monthly finance charge of 2% (equivalent to an annual percentage rate of 24%) on the outstanding balance. Net term accounts are typically given only to trusted, repeat commercial clients who order frequently and at meaningful volume.
If payment is not made by the due date, future purchases will require advance payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
If legal action is required to enforce any terms of the agreement, the buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by The Print House.
The Print House does not provide any express or implied warranties beyond the potential replacement of defective printed products.
Our liability is limited solely to the reprinting or replacement of defective products at our discretion.
The Print House may coordinate shipping through third-party carriers on behalf of the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Print House is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.
The Print House shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or products.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold The Print House harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from materials provided by the buyer, including but not limited to claims involving copyright infringement, trademark violations, or violations of personal rights.
Orders may be cancelled only prior to the start of production.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and refunds will not be issued.
The Print House does not provide refunds for completed or shipped orders.
